I am thankful that when I called I was able to talk to Deborah. I previously signed with a company and was promised things by the rep that was not included in all the paperwork I received. I tried contacting the rep directly by contact info she gave me but was not in service. Same thing when called the “24 hour customer service #”. I even had a couple referrals to give her. I was scammed and not sure how bad exactly. After patiently listening to me, Deborah explained what happened, how she fixed it, how she was setting my account and how to check additional benefits possibly in my area.
Again, I am so thankful for getting Deborah. She was very compassionate and when I got off the phone, I was relieved. It’s very rare to have a rep that gets fired up by how i have been treated and make me feel at ease instead of talking to someone who acts like robot with accent I can’t understand trying to rush you off line.
